Who are Supercharged Images? |
SCI is an internet image library specifically designed to deliver top quality images of European Drag Racing for professional use. It is a trading website owned by GOT2HAVE Media Ltd. This company was formed by a Photographer and an IT consultantancy all who have long term, proven track records. We now have a number of Europe's top Drag Racing Photgraphers signed up to our marketing facilities. |

| They are all addicted to the speed, power, skill and precision of drag racing. They want to promote this addiction and to guarantee the availability of images taht truly represent the sport. |

How do I trade with SCI? |
Payments can be made by all major credit cards and bank transfer. SCI have chosen to work through Paypal – the largest Internet banking service in the world. This ensures your details are secure and protected against fraud and other internet problems. |

By placing the order and ticking the acceptance box on the image as you are adding it to your shopping cart - you are agreeing to our terms and condition and licencing agreement which are available to read on the website. |
|
High quality images are large and regardless of compression, will usually be rejected by most email systems therefore we normally use ftp to deliver the images to you. |
|
Once payment has been cleared, you will be issued with a login to allow collection of the purchased images via FTP. Usually this is simply a case of clicking on the link in an email and entering a password. All this can be done without any special programs or computer set up - usually through your web browser. |

What if something goes wrong? |
Although SCI is a new website, all three of the directors of GOT2HAVE Media have been in business for a long time. We know that customer service is essential and wish to build relationships. What am I buying? |
It's as simple as ABC: |

A) We hold these images on behalf of the photographer. |
| B) The photographer retains the copyright to the image at all times. |
C) You are buying a licence to use the image for the purpose specified during the purchase transaction. We will send you a copy of the electronic image and pay the appropriate fee to the photographer. If you have ordered photographic prints from us the price you pay will include all posting and packaging within the UK. The prints will be delivered to you in secure packaging with 5 - 7 working days. |

The photographer's copyright details will be supplied with the image. Please ensure that they are used in accordance with our terms and conditions. |

Why buy from SCI? |
Many of the images available on the site are only available through SCI. Some of them are “classic” shots from the history of drag racing. We want your business. If you believe you can get better for less – let us know. |

What type of file format will I receive? |
| Our standard shipping format is JPG in the size stated in the pixel size by the image on the site. Whilst we appreciate that the industry standard may be a huge tiff file, our photographers have found find that modern print houses and publishing houses find a jpg is sufficient. Different file types are available for images where filetype field on the images states 'most'. If the filetype by the image says something other than 'most' then only the filetype stated is available. Select these when you add the image to your shopping cart. At the moment Macintosh only formats are not availble. The photographer's copyright details will be supplied with the image. Please ensure that they are used in accordance with our terms and conditions. |

Are the images vetted in any way? |
All of the images are provided by photographers who have accepted the venue's photgraphic copyright agreement and took the images as fully signed on media photgraphers under the venue's terms and conditions. |

The photographs in the SCI library have been through a rigorous development process before they reach the site. |

All of the images on the site are taken by photographers with a proven record in capturing the drag racing moment. |
